I have almost completed a full body off restoration of my 67 camaro. This is a true RS/SS 350 with a January build date. If I have decoded the trim tag correctly it originally was Sierra Fawn/ Sierra Fawn in color with an automatic transmission, center console and standard interior. I restored this camaro for me and have now got some personal reasons as to why it must go. It is been painted black with a white bumble bee stripe and black interior. It has almost all new metal. New floor (complete not pans), New hood, New fenders (inner and outter), New trunk, Rear quarters came from a donor car with no rust, All new lights, guages, wheels, tires, brakes (disc front), shocks, gas tank, brake lines, gas lines, exhaust system, drive line,etc. It is basically new everything. It will have the guage kit, vintage AC system, bucket seats (with headrest very rare), with standard black interior, am radio like it would have had originally.(It is NOT a numbers matching car but great detail has been taken to restore to look original. The 350 motor is custom built by prestige high perfomance engines and is dyno'd at 408 hp before exhaust (about 365 after as a guess) and I was told the block came out of a 68 350 rs/ss. The engine has a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. The muncie m21 came out of a 67 camaro but not this one. It has a 10 bolt. The wheels and tires are new 14x6 redline tires. I have over $40k worth of restoration in this car but if I can get $33,000 by the end of the year it is yours. This will be a strong # 2 car but not a # 1. I think this will be a show quality car but of course that is my opinion. I do not think anybody would be disappointed. Please call with any questions 404 403 2974. I emailed the man that runs the website and he thought it would be a good idea to list this now as he knew of people looking for this type of car.The interior is still to be installed at this point. I have it scheduled to be do on the 15th of December but of course if somebody wants to do it themselves we could work out something I already have all of the components. |
